The Salamis catering unit employs the latest state of the art technology and fulfils all hygiene and government standards and has hence been authorised to operate as a catering unit by the Ministry of Health. Both rotable and disposable equipment facilities capable of serving all types of aircraft as well as all relevant catering equipment can be supplied at any time. A variety of menus is available to fulfil individual requirements and are of the highest standard at competitive prices.
